Kim the Conspiracy Theorist
by Kym on September 19, 2006
As much as it pains me, I must report a recently uncovered conspiracy. Through the collusion of my two children, my many neuroses, and various forms of bacteria, I have been prevented from blogging.
Shocking, I know.
This has caused me to consider my blog with a very critical eye. What am I accomplishing here? Why are They (you know the They I’m talking about) bothering to silence me? What did I write that struck a nerve? Or perhaps it’s about what I’m going to write.
Don’t you just love all the intrigue and suspense?
I’m here to say that I will not be silenced! Germs be gone! And kids, stop taking alternating naps! And self, stop thinking you need to be funny all the time and just -write- already!

Yeah! Let her blog already!
But this is coming from someone who’d have her butt in the computer chair 24/7 if her hubby and kids would let her. :)

Don’t worry about being funny all the time – humour will manifest itself a lot more if you aren’t thinking about it.
At least, that’s what I’ve discovered. I could never be a stand-up comic because I can’t plan my funny. Doesn’t matter that I can get people in stitches if I’m given about 20 minutes, I can’t plan it, so I’d be a terrible comedian.

Kim, I think everything that comes out of your mouth (okay, *techinically* it’s everything that comes through your fingers onto the computer screen) is just awesome. Don’t worry about coming up with something marvelous, because you are *naturally* marvelous. I get giddy whenever I see your blog is updated, and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Keep on a-writing!! :-D
