Update – ~singing~ “Summer time…and the livin’ is eaaaasy…” I am having a fabulous visit here in Utah with my darling DeDee and her family. My jaw muscles have been getting a serious work out with all the laughing, and my sweat glands have been working overtime as well. And there’s actually been clouds, and rain, and lower than usual temperatures! I feel beyond blessed! And not only because of the weather. Neil, if you ever read this, I adore you! Thanks for giving me this opportunity!
Pictures and anecdotes will have to wait till I get home, but we’ve all decided to have an afternoon siesta, and I decided to spend a portion of it giving you a quick update. Tonight DeDee and I are meeting up with some other beautiful bloggers. Before I leave tomorrow afternoon, we’re going to do a super quick tour of Temple Square, and then head over to the Gateway Mall for books and ice cream (what a winning combination). Those in the area, meet us at either place, or both!
My visit has already been so much fun, and I’m overwhelmed by nervousness and excitement at the prospect of meeting some of the blogging gals in the area. Here’s to the good life, and I’ll catch up with you all this weekend.

Stop panicking, beloved fans. It’s not my last post ever, just my last one before I wing my way off into the wild grey yonder (haven’t seen much blue around here lately). And, as I logged tonight, I noticed that this will be my 199th post.
Neat, eh?
So while I’m frolicking in Utah next week, I’m hoping you’ll miss me enough to leave me a couple dozen comments, pestering me with insanely personal questions, all of which will be answered in my 200th post.
Hopefully asking these questions will prevent you from sulking about the fact that I’m off having the time of my life, revelling in the freedom of kid free travel, and four glorious days visiting with one of my favouritest people on the planet!
Then again, perhaps I’ll be sulking, missing my sweetheart, my sweet girls, and my sweet life.
I’m beyond excited. And beyond scared.
I think I’m going to go find a paper bag to breathe into now.

Why are you scared? That is my first question. Now for the next, what kind of things do you do that make you feel alive…what brings out the creative you? You posted about shutting off your creativity when you became a mom, and I was wondering what the world was missing.
