I nabbed this meme from The Rotten Correspondent. It’s been ages since I did a meme so I figured I’d inflict a really loooooong one on you. I’m sadistic like that.

1. What is in the back seat of your car right now?
Two car seats, a small Rubbermaid tote full of toys, crumbs, bits of cracker, an empty juice box or two.

2. When was the last time you threw up?
Last Wednesday.

3. What’s your favorite curse word?
Crap. That’s as foul as my language ever gets. I’m really boring like that.

4. Name 3 people who made you smile today?
Dedee. Holly. Becca. As for Emma, well, she’s just going to have to try a wee bit harder, that’s all I’m saying.

5. What were you doing at 8 am this morning?
Tickling Becca, having just got her dressed.

6. What were you doing 30 minutes ago?
Making a funky new blog template for a friend.

7. What will you be doing 3 hours from now?
Just finishing up dinner and getting ready to bathe the kids.

8. Have you ever been to a strip club?
Nope. Never been to any kind of club. Again with the boring thing.

9. What is the last thing you said aloud?
Want an apple?

10. What is the best ice cream flavor?

Strawberry Cheesecake.

11. What was the last thing you had to drink?
Water.

12. What are you wearing right now?
Jeans, t-shirt, and my favourite cardigan.

13. What was the last thing you ate?
Turkey, Provolone and Butter Lettuce on Flax Bread.

14. Have you bought any new clothing items this week?
Nope. I scoped some out in the Sears catalogue though. I enjoy planning my future wardrobe, but for now, I’m still losing too much weight to consider buying new things yet.

15. When was the last time you ran?
When Becca made a run for it at the grocery store Wednesday night.

16. What’s the last sporting event you watched?
Honestly? I really can’t remember. Probably European Football back in my second year of University when I was completely smitten with a British fellow I’d met online. Pathetic, yup.

18. Who is the last person you emailed?
My friend Inkling (the lovely gal I got to meet earlier this month).

19. Ever go camping?
Not since I was a kid.

20. Do you have a tan?
I’m not sure that’s physically possible for me anymore. I am the palest of the pales. Seriously, I’ve shopped for make-up and had the sales girl be completely kerflummoxed by me.

24. Do you drink your soda from a straw?
Nope. I don’t drink soda at all. I love having a straw in my ice water though, and will sit and twiddle with it for ages. Really unnerved a fellow I went out with once. He thought I was bored. I’m just a fidgety gal by nature, is all.

25. What did your last IM say?
All sorts of lovely things.

26. Are you someone’s best friend?
Yup! Only took me 23 years to find her.

27. What are you doing tomorrow?
Wishing that Neil weren’t working in the morning. Trying to dream up some fun family time for the afternoon. Pretending the laundry will fold itself.

28. Where is your mom right now?
In Port Coquitlam. Working.

29. Look to your left, what do you see?
A wall. Seriously, my computer desk is snugged up against the kitchen wall. There isn’t even a picture on it.

30. What color is your watch?
I don’t own a watch.

31. What do you think of when you think of Australia?
My friend Jane and my friend David. The stereotypes kick in shortly after that.

32. Would you consider plastic surgery?
Never. Unless I were in a horrific accident or something, of course.

33. What is your birthstone?
Peridot. I hate it.

34. Do you go in at a fast food place or just hit the drive thru?
Don’t often do fast food, but when we do it’s when we’re on a road trip usually so we take the kids in and let them stretch their legs.

35.How many kids do you want?
Four. Most days though I think I’m mental for that. Two is tough.

36. Do you have a dog?
Nope and probably never will. We travel too much at this point in our lives so we think it wouldn’t be fair to take on a pet.

37. Last person you talked to on the phone?
The lovely and effervescent Jen!

38. Have you met anyone famous?
Hmmm…I met the Dutton Family once. Does that count? Mmm…probably not. They were on that America’s Got Talent show though…so maybe…

39. Any plans today?
I have a vague intention to have a shower. And possibly clean the kitchen. Baking cookies may figure in. Mostly though today’s been a lazy slouching in front of the computer sort of day.

40. How many states have you lived in?
Two states, one province.

41. Ever go to college?
Yup. Never finished though. I did half an English degree and then fled from the University to the local college where I took up marketing. My marketing pursuit was cut short by meeting Neil though. It’s a long story, all of it. I should blog about that some day.

42. Where are you right now?
Sitting at my desk.

43. Biggest annoyance in your life right now?
Me. I’m such a schmuck sometimes. I’m getting better though.

44. Last song listened to?
Road Flares by Reed KD. Loving all the new music I’m in the midst of exploring.

46. Are you allergic to anything?
Mold. Very sensitive to it.

47. Favorite pair of shoes you wear all the time?
My brown Mary Jane style Sketchers.

48. Are you jealous of anyone?
I’m not jealous of anyone’s life, mine’s pretty good, but I do envy certain people their talents, beauty, grace, etc…

Ha! I laughed when I read that.

52. Do any of your friends have children?
Most of them. We have a few friends who don’t and it’s all good. We waited to have Emma and managed to be good friends with people who had kids even though we didn’t. I’ve always been proud of bridging that gap.

53. Do you eat healthy?
At the moment? About 95% of the time. I’ve studied nutrition fairly diligently the past two years. It’s fascinating and I get a bit soap boxy about it. I still have a binge eating problem that I struggle with from time to time though. There are always bad days.

54. What do you usually do during the day?
Blog. Keep house. Play and teach the kids. Reflect on the fact that I need to get out more. Read.

55. Do you hate anyone right now?
No, but there are people that get me quite indignant from time to time. The people I come closest to hating are the ones who hurt people I love. I get riled up over that sort of thing rather easily.

56. Do you use the word ‘hello’ daily? rong>
Not enough. As previously mentioned, I need to get out more.
