This year our Thanksgiving is at my parent's house and I have already claimed the making of the mashed potatoes as mine. My Mom sometimes will evilly use instant ones at Thanksgiving, and that is just WRONG. So I decided to save the potatoes and am making them this year. My recipe involves cream cheese, real butter and heavy whipping cream...I try not to think about the calories...
