Intentional Happiness: Silly Edition

The kind of !!! (!!!=intentional happiness) I found myself craving this week was some silliness. Deep, poetical introspection is all well and good, but too much of it makes my brain go twing! So I put on some funky music, grabbed a bottle of hair dye and my camera, and giggled away an hour I should have spent folding laundry.
Should schmoud, this was FUN! Because really, what’s more silly than taking pictures of yourself?
Embracing silly, one box of semi-permanent hair dye at a time...

Embracing the silly face that makes my face all crinkly and my eyes all poudgy...
Embracing my Help-I'm-being-attacked-by-killer-mutant-alien-zombie-ninjas face...
Ah…much better!

I embrace my silliness by being silly with the kids and doing things that make them laugh … something I should do more often :) !! I also love to hide and scare my husband … yes, that makes me laugh :) !!

We just went to a Phillies game and I was so excited and silly that I was dancing to the music they played. My 17 year old son was horrified.
